Ben Svensen — Director & CBA (Chief Binding Agent)

Ben Svensen is Owner and Director of Binding Agents. He has worked in the events, entertainment and hospitality industry for 15 years — the majority of that time across Gilmours and Eden Park in commercial sales leadership roles. Most recently, Ben was Sales Manager for Gilmours Mt Roskill, leading sales strategy and execution for the largest Gilmours business in New Zealand.

Ben strongly believes in helping people "bind to better" — things are better when we tackle them together. As the saying goes: "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together."

In 2026, Ben noticed a gap in the New Zealand market for a food service-focused sales, partnership & training agency, and set out to use his skillset to help outstanding people and outstanding products stick together.
